My wife Alexis and I have known Daniel and Danny Telles of Telles Realty for over 7 years and can attest to the character and quality of these gentlemen.  Danny Sr. helped my wife and I locate and purchase a beautiful home in Aliso Viejo a number of years ago.  Danny was instrumental in locating great financing as well as spending a tremendous amount of time researching and showing my wife and I home all over southern Orange County.  He bent over backwards to make the purchase and relocation as smooth as possible.  His coordination and help in all phases of the buy, from the relocation, to the initial offer thru negotiation, financing and closing made our experience a very pleasant one.  Two (2) years later I accepted a new position in Texas, Danny was the realtor we called to list our home.  Telles Realty was again extremely helpful, allowing us to set the top asking price and assisting us in choosing the best offer (numerous offers in just one week of listing).   Danny and his team once again were there for us in all phases of the sale, watching out for our interest assuring that we received our funds quickly to purchase the new home in Texas.  Danny was helpful in our relocation, contacting realtors in Texas to help our real estate activity 1500 miles away.  We have becomes good friends with the Telles and can think of no one better to help in any of your real estate activities.
